Our mission is simple: give every dispatcher a plan worth following and an honest view of how the day is really going, without making them change the tools and integrations that already work.
Our story
AllRouted was built by a team that ran real dispatch operations: the early starts, the reshuffled routes, the phone calls to customers when a technician was running late. We knew which parts of the job software helped with, and which parts it quietly made harder.
It started as self-hosted software for a fleet that needed to leave its routing vendor without breaking the integrations built around it. That is why AllRouted speaks a drop-in compatibility API, and why the dispatch board follows the screens dispatchers already know.
The hosted service runs the same code. We kept the parts that made it work in the field: a live projection of every route from each check-in, a cost model that prices service, driving, idle and break time separately, and routing engines we run ourselves rather than renting by the request.
