Getting started
4 questions
AllRouted plans routes for field-service and delivery fleets, sends them to drivers, and keeps every ETA up to date as the day unfolds. Dispatchers see a live board of who is ahead, who is behind and by how much.
Teams that send technicians or drivers to customer addresses every day: HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, pest control, installation crews, deliveries and similar operations, from a handful of vans to multi-region fleets.
You can add your depots, vehicles and first orders in an afternoon. Orders can be typed in, imported, or sent by your existing systems through the API, and the optimizer builds the day in seconds.
Your driver app reports check-ins, completions, GPS positions and proof of delivery to AllRouted through the API, and they feed the dispatch board live. Talk to us about connecting the app your drivers already use.
Trial & billing
6 questions
Every new account gets 60 days with every feature included and no credit card required. Everything you set up during the trial carries over when you subscribe.
If you have added a card, your plan starts and the first charge is made on the day the trial ends — never earlier. If not, your account stops accepting changes but nothing is deleted. Choose a plan any time to carry on where you left off.
Either per vehicle, at $29 per vehicle per month, or as a flat $299 per month for up to 15 vehicles. Larger and multi-region fleets can talk to us about Enterprise.
Yes, from Billing in the console. Adding vehicles mid-month charges only for the days left in the period; removing them lowers your next bill.
Plans are billed monthly by card through Authorize.net. Card details go straight from your browser to the payment processor and are never stored by AllRouted.
Yes, at any time from Billing. There is no annual commitment on self-serve plans; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Planning & dispatch
5 questions
Time windows, vehicle capacities, required vehicles or technicians, skills and tags, regions and restricted zones, shift lengths, breaks, flexible start times, and separate costs for service, driving, idle and break time.
Every check-in re-forecasts the rest of that route, so the board always shows the current ETA and how far it has drifted. Dispatchers can drag stops between technicians, lock routes, or re-optimize what is left of the day without disturbing work already done.
Yes. Simulations let you build what-if plans — one fewer van, a later start, a new skill on a technician — compare them with the current plan, and promote the one you want.
Yes. Customers can receive arrival notifications with a tracking link that shows the technician’s live ETA. Links expire, so they are safe to send.
Yes. Each territory has its own depots, vehicles, time zone and plans, and one account can hold as many as you need.
API & integrations
3 questions
Yes. A REST API covers orders, vehicles, territories, plans and routes, with an interactive reference and an OpenAPI file. Signed webhooks tell your systems when routes change or stops are completed.
AllRouted includes a compatibility API built for migrations: an existing integration changes its base URL and API key and keeps its payloads, identifiers and callbacks. Talk to us about your setup first.
Yes. AllRouted geocodes street addresses into positions and caches the result, so each address is only looked up once.
Data & security
3 questions
Four roles — owner, admin, dispatcher and viewer — decide who can change billing, settings, plans or only read the board. Every change is recorded with the person who made it.
Passwords and API keys are stored only as hashes, and other secrets are encrypted at rest. API keys can be limited to a single territory and switched off at any time.
Yes. Exports cover planned and actual times, distances and stops, and everything is available through the API.
