Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you (and the company you sign up for) and AllRouted for using the AllRouted service, the console at app.allrouted.com, and its API. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.
1. The service
AllRouted is hosted route planning and dispatch software: it stores your orders, vehicles, drivers and territories, builds routes, and tracks the day as it runs. We improve the service over time and may change or retire features. If we remove something material from a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current. Each person signs in with their own login.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the people you invite and the API keys you create. Keep passwords and keys secret, and tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think one has been compromised.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and using the service for a business.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use the service to send unlawful, unsolicited or misleading messages;
- upload data you have no right to use, or anything malicious;
- try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits;
- resell the service, or copy it to build a competing product.
We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into AllRouted. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and support the service for you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to give us the data you upload, including your own customers’ names, addresses and contact details.
5. Trials
New accounts start with a free trial. Its length and vehicle allowance are shown on the pricing page and in your console. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends, your data stays as it was and becomes read-only until you choose a plan.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, by card, either as a flat fee or per vehicle as shown when you subscribe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply.
- Card payments are processed by Authorize.net. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your plan renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing in the console; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise.
- If a payment fails we will let you know and try again. If it still cannot be collected, the account becomes read-only until it is settled.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period after that.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and fast, and to fix problems quickly, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless we have agreed one with you in writing. Planned maintenance is kept short and, where possible, outside working hours. Support is by email at [email protected].
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end the agreement if you seriously break these terms and do not put it right within 14 days of us asking. After an account closes, you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days; after that we delete it from the live service, and from backups as they cycle out.
9. Disclaimers
Routes, arrival times and distances are estimates based on the data and map information available. Drivers remain responsible for driving safely and following the law, road signs and conditions on the ground. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those stated in these terms.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new version here with its date and, for material changes, email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms: [email protected], or use our contact form.
